An easy and quick recipe to nibble on for an aperitif: ricotta balls. And not only is this recipe super yummy, but you can also offer different flavors to your guests. - Mix the ricotta with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Form balls using teaspoons. - Dip these balls in crushed walnuts, almonds and pistachios. You can also coat them with chopped chives. Place in the fridge before tasting.
