- Put the banana and the eggs in a chopper.
If you don't have one, squash the banana using a fork. - Mix until smooth.
- In a hot and greased pan, pour a little laddle of batter. Cook for 4 minutes at medium heat, and flip the pancake over.
- Cook for 2 minutes more, and take it out of the pan.
- There you are, your banana pancakes are ready!
