- Melt the chocolate in 1/3 of the milk.
- Meanwhile, mix the corn starch with the remaining milk. Add this mix to the melted chocolate, and stir on medium heat until the mix thickens.
- Pour this cream in a milkshake glass, and put in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Once cooled down, put some whipped cream on top of it, and sprinkle some cocoa powder on it.
- There you are, your chocolate liegeois is ready!
