Spritz hugo with elderflower syrup, a fresh and sweet cocktail
vote now
For summer, there's nothing like a delicious, refreshing, fruity and tangy cocktail! Discover the cousin of the St-Germain Spritz, the Hugo Spritz :-) This cocktail will be absolutely ideal for your summer evenings, to change from the traditional Moscow mule or Mojito. To make it, you will need to find lemon balm or elderflower syrup (if you wish you can also use elderflower liqueur), which will go perfectly with the fine bubbles of Prosecco. It's an easy drink to make and super thirst-quenching :-) To sip when it's hot with lots of ice cubes (in moderation, always)!

What can I substitute for elderflower syrup?
You can replace it with lemon balm syrup. If you wish you can use other syrups and create your own cocktail ;-)
