Crock pot beef stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 libra stewing beef (or steak)
• 1 (10.75 ounces) can Cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (8 oz) container of mushrooms, sliced
• ½ medium sweet onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup water
• 2 tablespoons . Worcestershire sauce
• ½ block cream cheese (4 ounces.)

Preparation

• In your crock pot, combine all ingredients except for the cream cheese.
• Cook on low for about 8 hours.
• Before serving, mix in cream cheese and cover for a few minutes until mixture warms through and cream cheese melts.
• Serve over pasta or rice.
