Have you ever tried konjac pasta? Without gluten or animal product, these are made from a plant, and are low in calories. The best way to have an healthy meal!

- Rinse the pasta, and cook them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Strain and put aside.
- In a pan, put some olive oil, and sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Add the peeles and diced tomatoes, and stir.
- Leave to cook for 10 minutes at medium heat, stirring once in a while. Add salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Add the pasta and stir well.
- There you are, your Konjac spaghetti are ready!
