  • Salmon in parchment - Preparation step 1Cut a square sheet of parchment paper. Peel the carrots and cut thin slices using a peeling knife. Put these slices in the center of the parchment paper.
  • Salmon in parchment - Preparation step 2Clean the leek and finely slice it. Put half of it on the carrots.
  • Salmon in parchment - Preparation step 3Put a salmon fillet on the vegetables. Add salt, pepper and thyme.
  • Salmon in parchment - Preparation step 4Fold the sheet, leaving the salmon in the center, and seal it. Fold the edges making triangles all along (as shown in the video). Close it by folding well the last edge. It has to be hermetically sealed.
