Flaky cones with salmon and cream cheese - video recipe !
Those funny appetizers are so good ! Try it out and maybe you will never have sweet cones again (or not...)

Materials
- Aluminium foil
- Piping bag
Preparation

- Cut stripes into the pastry sheet
- Form cones with the aluminium, as shown in the video.
- Roll a pastry stripe around an aluminium cone.
- Brush with the egg yolk, and bake for 15 minutes at 360°F.
- Mix the cream cheese with the salmon slice finely minced,. Salt, pepper, and add some chives.
- Using a piping bag, fill each cone with the salmon cream cheese.
- There you are, your flaky cones are ready !
