Crunch for these candy with a smooth goat cheese core, a perfect texture match for a successful dinner !

- Cut the goat cheese into 12 pieces, and put them in the freezer ( it will avoid the cheese to melt to fast during baking).
- Apply some melted butter on a filo pastry sheet, then stick another one on it. Do the same with the two remaining sheets.
- Cut both doubled sheets in 6, and put the pieces under a wet towel so it won't dry.
- Take a piece, apply melted butter on it, then put a piece of goat cheese and sprinkle with the Herbes de provence.
- Roll the sheet around the cheese, pinch the extremities and tie them with the twine.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
