Potato and bacon skewers

- Wash and cook your potatoes for about 10 min in salted boiling water.
Soak your skewers in cold water. - Roll each bacon slice on each potato and pick a skewer in it.
- Put the skewers on a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake for 20 min at 350°F (180°C).
There you are, your potato and bacon skewers are ready !
