  • For the Filling:
    Heat oil in a pan and fry the spring onion and half the spring onion greens for 1 minute, and then add red chilli-garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add the schezwan sauce,vinegar and fry for another min, then add the crumbled paneer,cheese ,salt if required and mix well. Add the rest of the spring onions and mix well and keep the filling aside to cool.
  • For the Rolls:
    Cut each patti sheet into rectangular shape and keep aside . Take one patti sheet and fold both the sides as shown below and put 1 tbsp filling at the end of the sheet. Roll it up tightly starting from the end and seal the edge using the maida paste and repeat the same for the rest of the sheets. Heat oil in a pan, and fry the rolls(2-3 at a time) on a medium flame till crispy and golden brown on both the sides and then drain on an kitchen towel .
  • Take it out in a serving dish and garnish it with spring onion greens and serve hot with ketchup.
