Toasts with smoked salmon and goatcheese

Preparation
Zest the lemon then remove the lemon segments. To do this, remove the skin and the white parts of the quarters to keep only the yellow part. Cut this part into small pieces.
Toast the bread slices and place them on the serving dish.
Spread the slices with goat cream cheese. Place the pieces of lemon supreme on top.
Add the smoked salmon cut into pieces.
Sprinkle with lemon zest and dill sprigs.
