French amandier cake, the super soft almond cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1.5 cups almond meal
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1/3 cup almond flakes

Materials

• 7 inches diameter pan

Preparation

• Mix the eggs and sugar. Add the almond meal and almond extract and mix well. Finally, add the melted butter.
• Pour the batter into a greased mold.
  
• Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
• Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C).
  
• And that's it, it's ready, you can sprinkle with icing sugar before serving!
