- Prepare the onion : cut it into slices and cook them in a pan with butter until translucent.
- Melt the butter in a hot pan then put the galette. Put the ham slice on top then break the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the galette during about 5 minutes, then add the onions and the grated cheese and fold the borders.
- That's it ! Eat it immediately !
