- Prepare the marinade : cut the top of the chicken then put it in a bowl.
- Add the natural yogurt, the cream, the tandoori spices and the ginger. Mix well.
- Cover the marinade with plastic foil and put it in the fridge at least an hour (from 15 minutes to 1 night).
- Put the marinade in a hot pan. Let the chicken cook for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice and mix again.
- When the chicken is well cooked, it's ready !
