- Fill the quails with the plums.
- Close them and tie them using kitchen twine. Salt and pepper.
- Heat some butter and olive oil in a cast iron pot, and grill all the sides of the quails. Cover and leave to cook for 20 minutes at medium heat.
- There you are, your plum stuffed quails are ready!
