To make the fanciest soup ever, why don't you top it with puff pastry? Get a nice surprise while breaking this flaky crust to uncover a delicious hot soup!

  • Soup in puff pastry - Preparation step 1In a pot, melt some butter. Add the chopped shallot and cook it for 1 minute.
  • Soup in puff pastry - Preparation step 2Then add the peeled and diced potatoes, and cook them for a few minutes. Then add the chopped leeks. Mix well.
  • Soup in puff pastry - Preparation step 3Cover with water, add salt, pepper and the stock cube. Bring to a boil and leave to cook 30 minutes.
