The perfect side dish to eat with a salad, some meat, some fish, or a ratatouille :D

- Peel and cut the potatoes into strips. Pour the milk in a pot and bring to boil. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cook the potatoes in the boiling milk for 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and put them in a greased muffin mold.
- Combine cream with melted butter and pour this mix on the potatoes.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your mini gratins dauphinois are ready !
